Assault in the first degree is a Class A felony

Assault in the second degree is a Class B felony

Assault in the third degree is a Class C felony

Class B felony if:

(A)The assault resulted from the operation of a motor vehicle; and

(B)The defendant was the driver of the motor vehicle and was driving while under the influence of intoxicants.

Criminal mistreatment in the first degree is a Class C felony

Manslaughter in the first degree is a Class A felony

Manslaughter in the second degree is a Class B felony

Kidnapping in the second degree is a Class B felony

Rape in the second degree is a Class B felony

Rape in the first degree is a Class A felony

Sodomy in the second degree is a Class B felony

Sodomy in the first degree is a Class A felony

Unlawful sexual penetration in the second degree is a Class B felony

Unlawful sexual penetration in the first degree is a Class A felony

Sexual abuse in the second degree is a Class C felony

Sexual abuse in the first degree is a Class B felony

Using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct is a Class A felony

Robbery in the second degree is a Class B felony

Robbery in the first degree is a Class A felony

Compelling prostitution is a Class B felony
