What are the common side effects of TCA overdose?
Anticholinergic - SLUDD-C (opposite of these: salivation, lacrimation, urination, digestion, defecation, pupillary constriction)
2. Na-channel blocking effect - cause toxicity & ventricular arrhythmias (e.g. wide complex tachycardia) can occur.
What are the common side effects of narcotics (oxycodone, methadone)?
Bradycardia, hypotension, respiratory depression, pupillary constriction, nausea, vomiting, coma.
