    • 3.  The Assembly and the Senate vote to approve the bill.
    • 4.  The governor signs the bill, or it can be vetoes by the governor.
    • 5.  If the bill is vetoes another vote can be taken.  If more than 2/3 of the assembly and the senate vote to approve it, the bill becomes a law.
