    • Usually accompanied by hallucinations - especially auditory
  2. Schizophrenia ICD 10
    • Inappropriate/blunted affect
    • Thought echo, insertion or withdrawal, broadcasting
    • Delusional perception
    • Delusions of passivity
    • AH - commenting in 3rd person
    • Thought disorder
    • Negative symptoms
  3. Hebephrenic schizophrenia ICD 10
    • Prominent affective changes
    • Delusions/hallucinations fleleting
    • Irresponsible and unpredictable behavior
    • Mannerisms common
    • Shallow and inappropriate mood
    • Disorganised thoughts
    • Incoherent speech
    • Social isolation
    • Negative symptoms
    • Adolescents/young adults only
  4. Delusional disorder ICD 10
    • Single delusion or set of related delusions
    • Persistent/sometimes lifelong
    • No other psychotic Sx - may have transient AH.
  5. Depression with psychotic symptoms ICD criteria
    • Severe depression
    • Hallucinations or
    • Delusions (may or may not be mood congruent)¬†or
    • Psychomotor retardation or
    • stupor affecting ADLs
