Diagnostic criteria of serotonin syndrome
- Mental (cognitive /behavioural) symptoms: confusion, elevated mood, coma or semicoma
- Autonomic symptoms: Fever (hyperthermia), sweating (hyperhydrosis)
- Neurological symptoms: myoclonus, tremors, shivering /chills, rigidity, hyperreflexia
