    • Not ordinarily visible, but recognizer in sever cut disorders that follow parallel streaks like epidermal naevi, sebaceous naevi, nevus lipomatosis

    Potentially fatal syndrome caused by excess synaptic serotonin levels due to the use of serotonin potentiating drugs
  6. Diagnostic criteria of serotonin syndrome
    • Mental (cognitive /behavioural) symptoms: confusion, elevated mood, coma or semicoma
    • Autonomic symptoms: Fever (hyperthermia), sweating (hyperhydrosis)
    • Neurological symptoms: myoclonus, tremors, shivering /chills, rigidity, hyperreflexia
