Superficial arterial supply to the penile skin and dartos is from inferior external pudendal arteries that arise from first portion of the femoral artery
Blood supply of deep structures of penis - from Common penile artery which is the terminal branch of internal pudendal artery. The internal pudendal artery is the terminal branch of the anterior trunk of the internal iliac artery. After giving off its perineal branch, the internal pudendal artery becomes the common penile artery.
Branches of CPA are
- - Bulbourethral artery - first branch
- - Dorsal artery of penis - Continuation of CPA , gives off 3–10 circumflex branches
- - Cavernosal artery
