    We use it anytime you are curious about your emotions or reactions
  3. How do you use ATC?
    Describe the Activating Event objectively, Identify your thoughts, and identify your Consequences
  4. What are thought themes
    • Loss                -   Sadness/Withdraw
    • Danger            -   Anxiety/Agitation
    • Trespass          -   Anger/Agression
    • Infliciting harm  -  Guilt/Apologizing
    • Negative comparison - Embarrassment
    • Positive contribution  - Pride/sharing
    • Appreciating what you have received -Gratitude
    • Positive future - Hope/Energizing
