    • TID -QID MDI - SVN
    • *Nasal Spray 2-4 times daily
    • *Duration 6 hr
    • *Bronchodilator (Back Door)
    • *Especially good for emphysema
  2. Parasympatholytic (Anticholinergic)

    Ipratropium bromide and albuterol (Combivent Respimat)

    DuoNeb
    SMI -1 inhalation qid
  3. Parasympatholytic (Anticholinergic)
    * Tiotropium bromide (brand: Spiriva) blocker
    • bronchodilator (Back Door)
    • DPI - once daily
    • Long term
  4. Anticholingergic bronchodilator (agent that blocks parasympathetic nervous fibers, which allow relaxation of smooth muscle in the the airway)
    Antimuscarnic bronchodilator (agent that blocks the effect of acetylcholine (Ach) at the cholinergic site)
  5. Parasympatholytic (Anticholinergic)
    *Titropium bromide and olodaterol
    (brand : Stiolto Respimat)
    SMI - 2 inhalations - once daily
  6. Cholinergic (Agent that produces the effect of Ach)
    Muscarnic (Agent that produces the effect of ACH or an agent that mimics ACH)
  7. Parasympatholytic (blocking parasympathetic nervous fibers)
    Parasympathomimetic (producing effects similar to the parasympathetic nervous system)
  8. Parasympatholytic (Anticholinergic)
    *Umeclidinium bromide (brand Incruse Ellipta)
