    • OHTN
    • POAG
  2. PGA contraindication
    • active intraocular inflammation (iritis, uveitis)
    • active herpetic infection
  3. PGA precaution
    • history of intraocular inflammation
    • history of herpetic keratitis
    • aphakia, pseudophakia, torn posterior lens/capsule, known risk factors of macular oedema --> increased risk
  4. Common >1% PGA adverse effects
    • iris hyperpigmentation: gradual, months to years, irreversible
    • eyelash changes: gradual, darkening, lengthening, thickening, reversible when tx stopped
    • conjunctival hyperaemia
    • allergic conjunctivitis
    • eye irritation: grittiness, itching, stinging
    • blepharitis
    • punctate keratitis
    • blurred vision
    • headache
  5. BB indication
    • POAG
    • OHTN
    • Secondary glaucoma
    • ACG
  6. BB contraindications
    • asthma
    • bradyarrhythmia
