  2. わず僅か
    わずかなヒントをいとぐち糸口にして、ただ正しいこたえをみ見つけた。He took a slight hint as the start and found the correct answer.
  3. おもき思い切って
    resolutely; boldly; daringly​ かれ彼はおも思いきっていけん意見をはっぴょう発表しない。He dare not express his opinion.
  4. たしかに

    (あしがおそ)足が遅い彼は、もちろんすでに2mさ差がついた。He, being slow-footed, was of course already lagging two meters.
  8. たまたま偶々
    casually; unexpectedly; accidentally; by chance(かのじょ)彼女が電話してきたときに、私はたまたまいあ居合わせた。It happened that I was present when she called.
  9. あいか相変わらず
    as ever; as usual; the same; still​  父はあいかわらず忙しい。My father is as busy as ever.
