    • Tell your Leader—Leaders can only help if they have all the details.
    • You can also utilize reporting tools such as the
    • Safety Reporting System (SRS),
    • Aviation Safety Action Programs (ASAP),
    • Irregularity Reports (IRs), or SOPI
    • other department-specific tools.

    SRS and ASAP reports are always confidential.

    • Safety is our top priority.
    • In order to ensure a safe operation, it’s imperative to follow Company procedures and guidelines.
    • They’re developed with everyone’s Safety in mind.
  5. 5.) Have you been trained on hazard identification and reporting?
    • Pilots are trained during initial and recurrent training.
    • While it’s impossible to eliminate all the hazards within our operation, our SMS gives Employees & Leaders more tools to identify and address potential hazards.
