    • Consumes 2ATP to make pyruvate
  6. Net reaction for the TCA cycle
    • Reactants: pyruvate + FAD + 4 NAD+
    • Products: 3CO2 + 4NADH + FADH2 + GTP

    • OxPhos
    • Produce a proton gradient
    • Used in chemiosmosis
