  1. Blue temperament
    Values interpersonal interaction and close relationships (emotion, family, listens, empathetic, passion, creative)
  2. Orange temperament
    Values competitiveness, hands on work, and people who prefer this temperament work and play (work hard play hard, fun, action, sex, bold)
  3. Green temperament
    Values competence in themselves and others and can quickly develop contempt for individuals they consider incompetent (courteous, independent, analyze, education)
  4. Gold temperament
    Goal oriented, ready to complete any task requiring little prompting or encouragement (structure, organized, stability, leader, goals)

    See others situation and environment through other lenses
  10. Humility
    Personal quality where one can modify his behaviours to interact with other temperaments
  11. Pride
    Personal characteristic where one poses their preferred temperament in the work center
  12. Validate colors
    Acknowledge unique capabilities of each temperament on others
  13. Give gifts
    Not only physical, but treating someone the way they want to be and not the way you prefer
  14. Observations private
    Don't label people's colors even if you correctly identified their treatment
  15. Don't stereotype
    Don't assume that all colors are set in their way (i.e. greens prefer to be independent, etc)
