Possible Causes of MLMPDE
- 1. Lube Oil Inlet Temperature (Greater than ?F)
- 2. Main Bearing temperature (Greater than ?F)
- 3. Jacket water outlet temperature (greater than ?F)

5 Symptoms/Indications of MLMPDE
- 1. Lube Oil Low Pressure Alarm
- 2. Lube Oil Filter High Delta P Alarm
- 3. Lube Oil high temperature alarm
- 4. Lube Oil sump low level alarm
- 5. Piston lube oil pressure low alarm

MLMPT Symptoms & Indications (Normal Stop)
- 1. VSV Fault at Idle
- 2. GT running with vent damper closed
- 3. Blow-in door differential pressure high
- 4. Blow-in door open
- 5. High GG Vibration (4 mils)
- 6. High PT Vibration (7 mils)

MLMPT Symptoms & Indications (E-Stop no Motor)
- 1. GT Enclosure Fire Shutdown
- 2. Water jet emergency shutdown
- 3. Micronet hardware fault shutdown
- 4. Reduction gear lube oil pressure A & B failed
- 5. Gas generator A & B speed sensor failed

MLMPT Symptoms & Indications (E Stop with motor)
- 1. T5.4 under temperature
- 2. T5.4 start over temperature
- 3. GT Lube Oil scavenge pump A over temperature (340F)
- 4. GT accessory gearbox scavenge oil over temperature (340F)
- 5. GG Overspeed (10,200 +- 50 RPM)

- 2. High lube oil differential pressure
- 3. Low fuel oil pressure

MLMPT Immediate Actions
- A. RCO order CRT to man MER 1
- B. When ordered, CRT man MER 1
- C. RCO report to OOD "Loss of No_ GT"
- D. CRT report to RCO "Manned & Ready"
- E. When GT is stopped, RCO order CRT to take local control of affected GT
- F. When ordered, CRT take local control of affected GT
