  1. Calling the case of The People versus Mario Romero. Mr.
    Mario Romero is present along with is counsel. People are
    represented by the Deputy District Attorney. People, you may
    call your first witness.

  4. It appears to me based on the evidence submitted in this
    preliminary hearing that there is sufficient evidence to bind the
    defendant over to Superior Court for trial. The defendant must
    appear in Department M, as in Mary, of the Norwalk Superior
    Court on December 10, 2011, at 8:30 a.m. We are adjourned.
