the chelsea's manhattan is our spin on a tradition; manhattan. we make it using a house-infused vermouth using chai tea bags that give the cocktail a certain earthy quality. it is a big strong

the blackberry sour is a perfect sweet and combination, it has rye whisky and grand mariner, plus an egg white to give it a frothy head. it is a pretty sweet drink

the spicy la salon is like a spicy grapefruit margarita. we make it with house-infused habanero tequila to give it the kick.

the constitution is probably our most popular cocktail. we use beefeater gin that we infuse in house with blueberries, fresh ginger, and chamomile lavender teabags. we round it off with some lemon juice and a little simple syrup. its over all a sweet beverage with a slight kick due to the ginger. definitely a fan favorite.
