    7 oz salmon roasted on cedar plant finished with an apricot maple glaze; paired with broccolini and mashed potatoes

    two crab cakes; eggs, mayo, dijon mustard, old bay, hot sauce, parsley, bread crumbs; served over pommery mustard butter sauce; paired with fries and sautéed green veg
