1. PCL – MID RANGE
- 1N – Midrange is a physical location between IDLE and MAX
- 2N – PCL above IDLE provides best chance for engine to recover
- 3N – PCL midrange minimize potential of overtorque and/or overtempt when PMU is turned off

2. PMU SWITCH – OFF
- 4C – ITT limits may be exceeded if PMU turned off and ITT ≥820°C
- 5C – Ground IDL not available with PMU off. Landing roll increases

3. PROP SYS CIRCUIT BREAKER (Left Front Console) – PULL, IF Np STABLE BELOW 40%
- 6N – Airsped and torque constant, RPM stable if below 40% and no upward change for 3 sec
- 7N – if NP shows red X, switch PMU to NORM then OFF may restore NP
- 8N – Prop should unfeather in 15-20 seconds

4. PCL – AS REQUIRED
- 9W – if on best glide (125, clean, 4-6%) and VSI > 1500, increase torque up to 131% to achieve 1350 – 1500 FPM. If power insufficient, PCL – OFF
- 10N – Move PCL through full range to determine power available

IF POWER IS INSUFFICIENT TO COMPLETE PEL:
11C – Consideration should be given to leaving the engine operating with PCL at midrange

6. PROP SYS CIRCUIT BREAKER – RESET, AS REQUIRED
12W – With PROP SYS pulled and PMU OFF, feather dump solenoid won’t be powered. Feathering will be slower as oil pressure decreases and feathering springs work. Glide performance will be reduced and may not be possible to intercept ELP
