  1. Oatmeal
    • 15 min manual + 5 min self depression
    • 1 cup water in pot + tressle
    • 1 cup oats
    • 2 cup water / sub milk mix
    • 1/2 tspn cinnamon
    • (2:1 water:oats)
    • Salt
    • Honey
    • Apples or raisins
    • 1 tblspn butter
  2. Pasta
    • Manual selection; 12 minutes then vent
    • 1/2 lbs. pasta
    • 1 cup chickpeas
    • 2 1/2 cups veg stock or water
    • 1 cup tomatoes
    • 1 small red onion
    • 4-6 mini peppers sliced thin
    • 1/2 tspn salt 
    • 1/2 tspn pepper
    • 4 big basil leaves
    • 1-2 garlic cloves minced
    • lemon slices -  2
    • Vegatables - sliced carrots etc
  3. Chickpea Curry
    • Jasmine rice 1 cup
    • 1 can garbonzo beans rinsed & drained
    • 1/2 tspn curry powder
    • 1/2 tspn turmeric
    • 1 tspn Garam Masala
    • 1 tspn Garlic Powder
    • 1 cup vegetable broth low sodium
    • stir up
    • Pirex Bowl:
    • 1 cup of both jasmine rice & H2O
    • time: Man 10 minutes
    • Then sit for L010 (10 minutes)
    • She then adds Kale
