    • Shin splints: stronger PF muscles than DF muscles
    • Pes cavus: high arch, shortens foot, pressure on MT heads
    • Hallux vagus: bunion due to sesamoid shift and thickened MT head
    • March foot: hairline fracture across 2nd MT
