Why are the oceans called the last explored frontier?
Because explorers have explored most of everything accept the ocean.

They are scientists and explorers who study the surface of the ocean, as well as the bottom of the ocean.

It was a machine that carried a crew underwater to discover alien life forms in the water.
What were some of the upgrades added onto the Bathyscaphe that the Bathysphere simply just lacked.
More room for larger crew, deeper diving, and more air for the larger crew inside.
