an environment that provides valuable resources that an organism needs to survive

a group of organisms of the same species living in the same area

All the organisms of all species living in one habitat

• All the physical factors affecting the organism in a habitat. These factors are
• Sunlight
• Temp.
• Oxygen
• water
• space (or soil)

To estimate the coverage of 1 particular plant species in our chosen habitat add up the percentage coverage in each quadrat and divide by the number of quadrats taken
