    • 2 oz Sour Mix
    • 1 oz Soda Water
    • 2 Lime Wedges
    • 4 Mint Leaves
    • .5 oz Simple Syrup
    • Glass: Rocks
    • Garnish: Lime Wheel.
  2. MANGO MOJITO

    • 1.5 oz Mango Rum
    • 2 oz Sour Mix
    • 1 oz Soda Water
    • 2 Lime Wedges
    • 4 Mint Leaves
    • .5 oz Simple Syrup
    • Glass: Rocks
    • Garnish: Lime Wheel.
  3. PEPINO

    • 1.5 oz Jalapeno-infused Tequila
    • 2 oz Cucumber Puree
    • 1 oz Lime Juice
    • 1 oz Agave Nectar
    • Glass: Tajin-rimmed rocks
    • Garnish: Cucumber wheel.
  4. PALOMA

    • 1.5 oz Monte Alban Tequila Blanco
    • 1/2 Freshly Squeezed Lime
    • Jarritos Grapefruit Soda
    • Glass: Tall
    • Garnish: Lime wheel.
  5. TAMARIND FIZZ

    • 1.5 oz Pitu Cachaca
    • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
    • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
    • 1 oz Egg White
    • 4-6 Cilantro Leaves
    • 3 oz Jarritos Tamarind
    • Glass: Champagne Coupe

    • Build in a shaker. Add cachaca, agave, lime, egg white, cilantro and dry Shake for 20 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain cocktail into champagne coupe or martini glass and top with Jarritos Tamarind.
    • Garnish: Cilantro Sprig
  6. M&M
    $13
    • 1.5 oz Well Mezcal
    • .75 oz Agave Nectar
    • .75 oz fresh Lime
    • 1 oz Cucumber Puree
    • 3 oz Jarritos Mandarin
    • Glass: Tall

    Build in a shaker. Add ingredients, ice and shake. Pour over fresh ice and top with Mandarin Soda.

    • 1.5 oz Espadin Mezcal
    • .25 oz Ancho Chile Liqueor
    • .5 oz SoCo
    • .75 oz Lime Juice
    • .75 oz Simple Syrup
    • Fresh Pineapple
    • Serrano Peppers
    • Glass: Grasshopper Salt-rimmed Tall?

    Muddle 3 cubes of pineapple, add ingredients, ice, and 2 thin layers of serrano. Shake and strain over fresh ice.

    Garnish: Lime Wheel.
  8. MICHELADA

    • 1 Beer
    • 2 oz Sangrita
  9. MANDARIN MOJITO MOCKTAIL
    $5
    • 3 Lime Wedges
    • 5 Mint Leaves
    • .5 oz Simple Syrup
    • 1 oz Orange Juice
    • 2 oz Jarritos Mandarin

    In a mixing glass, muddle lime and mint leaves. Add simple syrup, OJ, ice and shake. Pour over fresh ice, top with Jarritos Mandarin.
