Warning signs of cervical intradural extramedullary tumor
- 1. primary posterior lateral onset
- ----disc or tumor but tumor pain is progressive and can become bilat
- 2. 2-3 NRs affected, SC affected later on
- 3. cough/ Lhermitte’s sign causing pain in arm
- 4. no articular signs
- ---- only get signs of tumor invades foramen

- 1. two disc lesions (not common)
- 2. arthritic neck with osteophytes
- 3. tumor
