    • 6oz Cup or bowl
    • clams, carrots, onions, celery, cream, butter, flour, bacon.  With oyster crackers.

    • 6oz french onion soup (beef and chicken stock, vidalia onion, red onion, scallions, shallots, leeks) with herb crouton, shredded swiss, fried onion ringlets

    • 3 oz mixed greens, grape tomatoes, 3 onion rings, carrots, peppers, celery, salt, pepper, oil
    • dressing on the side (possible dairy allergy)
  4. boatyard caesar salad
    • 3 or 6oz romaine lettuce with caesar dressing (pureed anchovies, egg, garlic, vinegar, mayo, dijon mustard), topped with croutons and parmesan cheese.

  5. lobster cobb
    • mixed greens, iceberg, bacon, bleu cheese, corn, tomato, avocado, egg, tarragon vinaigrette and 2 oz lobster

  6. roasted beet salad
    • roasted beets marinated in shiraz-rose hip glaze (shiraz, rose water, cinnamon stick, cloves, sugar), mixed greens, balsamic vinaigrette, toasted sunflower seeds, lively run goat cheese medallions

    • 5 oz wild arugula, sliced almonds, sugared dates, feta cheese, tarragon vinaigrette.
