  1. Handbuilding:

    : a method to construct forms by pressing or rolling out a slab or flat “pancake-like” piece of clay which can be cut into shapes, draped over a form, wrapped around a form, or built up
  5. Cut and Scoop:
    • a ball of clay is formed into a desired shape, which is then hollowed out using loop tools,
    • kind of like carving a pumpkin
