In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the most Merciful
wa al-'asri

By the time through the ages!
inna al-insâna la fî khusri

Surely mankind is in loss,
illâ al-ladhîna amanû wa 'amilû as-sâlihâti
wa tawâsaw bi al-haqqi wa tawâsaw bi as-sabr

except those who believe and do good deeds; exhort one another to the truth and exhort one another to patience.
