    • Supraglenoid tubercle (long head), Coracoid Process (short head) of the scapula
    • Radial tuberosity of the raduis, Bicipital Aponeurosis
    • Flexion @ elbow and shoulder jts
    • Supination @ radioulnar jts
    • Musculocutaneous Nerve
  2. Brachialis
    • Distal anterior surface of humerus
    • Ulnar tuberosity, Coranoid process of ulna
    • Flexes forearm @ elbow jt
    • Musculocutaneous and Radial Nerves
  3. Brachioradialis
    • Lateral border and Distal end of humerus
    • Superior to Styloid process of radius
    • Flexes forearm @ elbow jt
    • Returns radioulnar jt from sup/pron to neutral
    • Radial Nerve
  4. Triceps Brachii
    • (Long Head) Infraglenoid tubercle
    • (Lateral Head) Lat/Post surface of humerus, superior to radial groove
    • (Medial Head) Entire Post surface of humerus inferior to radial groove
    • Olecranon of Ulna
    • Extension of forearm @ elbow and shoulder jts
    • Radial Nerve
  5. Anconeus
    • Lateral Epicondyle of the humerus
    • Olecranon and superior ulnar shaft
    • Extends forearm @ elbow jt
    • Radial Nerve
  6. Pronator Teres
    • Medial Epicondyle of the Humerus and Coranoid Process of the Ulna
    • Midlateral surface of the Radius
    • Pronates forearm @ radioulnar jts
    • Weak Flexion @ elbow
    • Median Nerve
  7. Pronator Quadratus
    • Distal portion of shaft of Ulna
    • Distal portion of shaft of Radius
    • Pronates forearm @ radioulnar jts
    • Median Nerve
  8. Supinator
    • Lateral epicondyle of humerus and Supinator Crest
    • Lateral surface of proximal 1/3 of radius
    • Supinates forearm @ radioulnar jts
    • Deep Radial Nerve
