Most fighting would actually be on Breeds Hill
English were bombing certain places
Americans would lose this battle because of Britains larger numbers but they felt they one anyways
Would inflict significant damage upon the British army
Second Continental Congress
Was the 2nd attmept to create a government
some wanted complete independence from England (Sam Adams).
Others just wanted the be peaceful again and wanted only a small amount of control from England
Came up with 2 resolutions known as Olive Branch Petition, and Declaration of the causes and Necessity of taking up arms.

Reiterated Colonial grievances to the crown and spelled out ways to fix this problems quickly and easily
