- 2nd Alternate: at or above alternate minimums for that airport
- FUEL:
- must be able to fly to:
- (1) Destination
- (2) Fly & land at most distant alternate, taking ATC routing into account
- (3) Fly for 45 more minutes at normal cruising consumption
