    • Respiratory depression

    • Depression
    • Hypotension
    • Restlessness
  6. Lorazepam (Ativan) Dosage
    Adult: 2-4mg slow IV at 2mg/min or IM may repeat in 15-20mins to a max dose of 8mg

    Sedation 0.05mg/kg up to 4mg IM

    Peds: 0.05-0.20mg/kg slow IV/IO over 2mins or IM may repeat in 15-20mins to max dose of 0.2mg/kg
