  1. what is the primer for viral RNA genome?
    tRNA

    need to have primer oligo-dT (short sequence of deoxy-thymine nucleotides), add to poly A tail
  3. how to make cDNA?
    • isolated mRNA from cytoplasm and add reverse transcriptase, synthesize cDNA strand and remove RNA.
    • synthesize cDNA with fluorescent NT (A or T) tag, when it is attached to mRNA from sample (it can fluoresce under microarray)
  4. what is dideoxy DNA sequencing?
    prevents extension at 3' end during replication
