Morning Prayer
Jesus, Today I surrender my place of authority over my life to You. I am placing You on the throne of my life. Teach me to focus on Your desires for me. Help me to not worry about what everyone else is doing right or wrong but just show me how to completely focus on You. I give You my entire life this day. In Your powerful name, Jesus, amen.

Putting on Armor of God
Father God, today, placing You on the throne of my life I stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around my waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with my feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, I take up the shield of faith, with which You can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Placing the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And praying in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (see Ephesians 6:13-18). With this in mind, being alert against the devil's schemes. Knowing that my struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (see Ephesians 6:11, 12).

They can do you no good, nor can they rescue you, because they are useless. 22For the sake of his great name the LORD will not reject his people, because the LORD was pleased to make you his own. 24But be sure to fear the LORD and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you.
