An operant conditioning procedure in which people can earn a token (secondary reinforcement) of some sort for exhibiting a desired behaviour and can later exchange the tokens for various privileges (primary reinforcement)

Acting in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm/ distress to one or more people not of the same house-hold as the perpetrator.

It includes aggressive, intimidating, and destructive behaviour that reduces the quality of life within the community.

It must happen more than once to at least one person.

The tendency to apply common beliefs/ over-simplified views, e.g. from the media, to all groups.

The process of observing and imitating a specific behaviour.

The act of reporting from memory about elements of an event previously observed. 

This is often used as a form of evidence when someone had seen a criminal offence taking place, but there are questions about how reliable it is.
