- Hypotension
- Sick sinus syndrome
- 2nd/3rd degree AV blocks
- Cardiogenic shock
- Wide complex tach
- Poison/drug induces tach

- Brady
- 2nd/3rd degree AV block
- C/P
- CHF
- Syncope
- V-Fib/Tach
- Nausea
- Vomiting

Diltiazem Hydrochloride(Cardizem, Lyo-Ject) Dosage
- Adult:
- Initial bolus - 0.25mg/kg IV over 2minsĀ
- Inadequate response may repeat bolus in 15mins - 0.35mg/kg IV
- Maintenance infusion 5-15mg/hr
Peds: Not recommended
