The set of all points in a plane which are the same distance from the center.
Circle
A line segment with end points on a circle.
Chord
A line segment with one end point at the center of a circle and the other on the circle.
Radius
The point inside a circle the same distance from all the points on the circle.
Center of circle
A line segment that goes through the center of the circle and has both end points on the circle.
Diameter
A part of a circle named for its end points.
Arc
A pair of opposite congruent angles formed by intersecting lines.
Vertical angle
An angle that measures 180 degrees.
Straight angle
An angle that measures less than 90 degrees.
Acute angle
An angle that measures 90 degrees.
