earlier in child with UAC at birth, renal disease, other concerning history/comorbidities

blood pressure greater than 95th% for height on 3 separate ocasions (some say one month apart, some say sdays to weeks apart)

• Per 2008 AAP recommendations:
• - FHx of dyslipidemia or premature CVD (men<55, women <65)
• - unknown FHx
• - overweight/obese
• - hypertension
• - diabetes
• - smokers
