Choice of seasoned chicken or seasoned and grilled tilapia. Served on choice of corn or flour tortilla. Made with shredded cabbage, woodfired salsa, avocado salsa, masserated onions, green onions, chipotle sour cream, and cilantro.

9 oz, Fresh North Atlantic salmon filet grilled over a hickory fire. Choice of honey mustard glazed, blackened or simply grilled, served with roasted vegetables.

8 ounce trout filet oven roasted skin on with pesto sauce, bread crumbs, and fresh mozzarella. Garnished with tomato basil relish(diced romas, chopped garlic, basil, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.)
