Ordering or telling someone to do something
- -Affirm Informal (Tu) - Use Present Indicativo Ud. Form.
- -Neg Informal (Tu) - Use the present subjunctive
- -Formal (Ud & Uds) - Use Present Subjunctive (affirm and Neg)
- -With all affirmative commands, the object pronouns are attached directly to the end of the imperative form of the verb.
- -If both direct and indirect object pronouns are attached, the indirect object pronoun comes before the direct object pronoun.
- -The affirmative vosotros command is formed by simply replacing the final "r" of the infinitive with "d."
- -negative vosotros commands use the corresponding present subjunctive forms.
- -With affirmative commands using a reflexive verb, the final "d" of the verb form is dropped before adding the pronoun "os." ex Sentarse = Sentaos
