    • When giving with D50 and Narcan, must precede D50 and give in the following order:

    • D50
    • Narcan
  6. Thiamine (B1) Side Effects
    • 1. Slight vasodilation and hypotension
    • 2. Overdoses may result in weakness, dyspnea, and respiratory failure

    100 mg (50 IV - 50 IM)

    IV or IM

    vial: 50 mg / 1ml or 100mg / 1ml
