    • 2. drugs that enhance effect: lidocaine, procainamide, beta-blockers, magnesium sulfate, other neuromuscular blockers
    • 3. Can cause lethal hyperkalemia in patient's with: burns, crush injuries, abdominal infections, tetanus, muscle disorders, denervating disorders

    • 1. Respiratory depression and apnea
    • 2. Aspiration
    • 3. Arrhythmias, bradycardias, sinus arrest
    • 4. incresased ICP

    1-2 mg / kg

    IV or IM

    vial: 200 mg / 10 ml (20mg per ml)
