- 1. Resp Depression / Apnea
- 2. Aspiration
- 3. Arrhythmias, bradycardia, sinus arrest
- 4. Increased ICP

- 1st: .04 - .1 mg / kg IV Q 20-40 minutes
- 2nd: .01 - .02 mg / kg
