    Notes that need to appear on every BOL (External Notes - populates under External Special Instructions) or notes that need to appear for internal reference (Internal Notes - populates under internal Special Instructions)
  3. Account Details
    Location in Optimizer where account info is stored, including account history, billing info and account settings; ability to access Account Workspace
  4. Account Executive
    Handles day to day operations of an account
  5. Account Owner
    Owns the account and receives commissions on loads moved.
  6. Account Status
    Status of the account, such as Active or Inactive; All account default to Active status
  7. Account Workplace
    Location in Optimizer where load history and quote history are visible, EchoTrack clients can be set up, and account activity can be logged; access is permission/role based
  8. Active Lead
    A Lead that has been converted into an Account
  9. Audit Trail
    Tracks EchoTrak set up History
  10. Auto Dispatch
    Setting under an account that will automatically auto-tender all loads entered in Optimizer, without giving the rep a dispatch option; specific requirements must be met
  11. Auto Tender
    Electronic dispatch capability; sends load info straight to LTL carrier; Only for LTL shipments; specific requirements must be met
  12. B#
    Lead Number generated when a prospective client is added to Optimizer through the BDP
  13. Billing Rep
    Responsible for booking the carrier on a load; responsible for reviewing all the carrier invoices
  14. BOL#
    Load Number; Generates on the Bill of Lading
  15. Booked Status
    Carrier added to a load
  16. Booking Rep
    Responsible for booking the carrier on a load; responsible for reviewing all carrier invoices
  17. Branch (Acquisition)
    Acquired company; all assets belong to Echo
  18. Buffer Days
    Additional days a client is given to make a payment if the invoice has not been paid within terms; Standard buffer days are 15; increases are controlled by the AR and there must be proof of payment on the way prior to getting an increase
  19. Business Unit
    Department or Branch classification
  20. Buy Rate
    The rate that Echo is charged by the carrier
  21. Buying Power
    Echo has no single carrier affiliation and access to many carriers
  22. Cancelled Status
    Load has been cancelled; never moved with Echo
  23. Carrier Creation
    Add a carrier that is not already in Optimizer
  24. Carrier Search (Carrier Workspace)
    Search for carriers by carrier name, L# or MC #
  25. Case Management
    Internal escalation and request tool
  26. Centralized Item Maintenance
    Ability to pre-load frequently used items accessible for loads entered in Optimizer and/or EchoTrak; Stores all regularly shipped products by account in one place
  27. Checked in Status
    Load has been dispatched to the carrier
  28. Claims #
    Load Number -CL-1; Generates when a claim is added to a load
  29. Claims System
    Files and track claims from a load level in Optimizer
  30. Client Statement
    Statement showing all open or past due invoices
  31. Collctions
    Collecting payment from clients, especially ones who have surpassed their terms and buffer days
  32. Consolidated Billing
    Customers can receive their invoices via email in a consolidated spreadsheet and make a payment in bulk
  33. Create Load
    Link on the shortcuts drop down; click to start load creation for any mode
  34. Credit Application
    Application for Credit
  35. Credit Cards
    Ability for clients to pay by credit card
  36. Credit Hold
    An account that run out of credit; can no longer build shipments in Optimizer
  37. Credit Hold Status
    Either On Hold - cannot ship, or Good Standing - access to ship

    Maximum amount of credit a client is given
  39. Credit Memo
    Allows for creation of credit memos on invoices already issued

    Allows users to build customized queries for viewing and managing shipments

    Load Number generated when a load is entered in Optimizer; Not mode specific; Also the BOL#
  86. Loading Status
    Carrier is in the process of picking up the shipment
  87. Loads Search
    Allows simple to advanced search of all loads
  88. Locked Out
    Client has accessed EchoTrak more than 6 tries and can no longer log into the website; reps must "unlock" their client in Optimizer
  89. LTL Quoting
    Ability to get LTL rates from Optimizer for a specific account; ability to save and view quotes for future reference

    Pay for shipments before they ship; usually clients with poor credit history
