Suspected or known hypoglycaemia unable to take oral glucose

Nil - may be ineffective in Pt's lacking stored glycogen, ie alcoholic with impaired liver function

• Patients less than 25kg = 0.5mg of combined solution
• Patients over 25kg = 1mg of combined solution
