  1. Presentation of Salbutamol
    5mg in 2.5ml nebule
  2. Indications for Salbutamol
    Bronchospasm associated with Asthma, COAD, severe allergic reaction and smoke/gas inhalation
  3. Contra-Indications of Salbutamol
    KSAR
  4. Precautions of Salbutamol
    • Acute pulmonary oedema
    • Ischaemic heart disease
  5. Side effects of Salbutamol
    • Anxiety
    • Tachyarrhythmias
    • Tremors
  6. Dosage of Salbutamol - Adult
    5mg in 2.5ml nebulised, repeated every 5 minutes as required, no max dose while indicated
  7. Dosage of Salbutamol - Child (2-12 y/o)
    5mg in 2.5ml nebulised, repeated every 5 minutes as required, no max dose while indicated
