    • Dont give to STEMI patients w/ CHF, low CO, shock.
    • Used second line after adenosine SVT,AF,Af.
    • If given with CaCl=hypotension.

  13. What is the easiest way to read heartblocks?
    • 1) Check the PR is it vairable or fixed?
    • 2) Fixed= 1st degree or 2nd degree II (some QRS don't precede them)
    • 3) Variable= 2nd degree I (progressively longer till no QRS) or type III
