Indications for BB (hard)
- Give to all patients with suspected MI & unstable angina, effective antianginal & can reduce VF.
- Dont give to STEMI patients w/ CHF, low CO, shock.
- Used second line after adenosine SVT,AF,Af.
- If given with CaCl=hypotension.

- 1) Check the PR is it vairable or fixed?
- 2) Fixed= 1st degree or 2nd degree II (some QRS don't precede them)
- 3) Variable= 2nd degree I (progressively longer till no QRS) or type III
