cardiac arrest, symptomatic bradycardia, 2ndary to bradycardia when atropine and pacing are unsuccessful. allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, asthma

hypertension, hypothermia, pulmonary edema, myocardial ischemia, hypovolemic shock

allergic reations & asthma 0.3-0.5mg of 1:1000 SC, anaphylaxis 0.1 mg of 1:10000 IV/IO over 5min, cardiac arrest IV/IO 1mg, 1:10000 q3-5min flush with 20 ml normal saline
