  1. Syphilis -- Primary
    • Single painless chancre
    • Penicillin G 2.4 million units IM once
    • PCN Allergy -- Doxycycline 100mg BID x 14 days
  2. Herpes
    • Acyclovir
    • Valacyclovir
    • Famciclovir
  3. Chancroid (H. ducreyi)
    • Azithromycin 1 gram x 1 dose
    • Rocephin 250 IM x 1 dose
    • Cipro 500 mg BID x 3 days
  4. HPV
    • Podofilox (Condylox)
    • Imiguimod (Aldara)
    • Sinecatechins (Veregn)

    • Cryotherapy
    • Trichloroacetic acid 80-90%
  5. Chlamydia
    • Azithromycin 1 gram x 1 dose
    • Doxycycline 100 mg BID x 7 days
  6. Chlamydia (preganant and newborns)
    • Azithromycin 1 gram x 1 dose or
    • Amox 500 mg TID x 7 days
    • Erythromycin 50 mg/kg/day QID x 14 days
