How is the animal positioned for a lateral view of the shoulder?

Lateral recumbancy with affected limb down. Leg on top pulled as far caudally as possible. Arch head and neck dorsally
How is the animal positioned for a CdCr view of the shoulder?

Dorsal recumbancy. Tape and extend forelimbs cranially so that the humerus is almost parallel to the table. Hindlegs placed naturally.
