Probable Cause
Trying a person twice in the same jurisdiction for the same crime, a practice prohibited by the 5th Amendment.
Double Jeopardy
Being forced or coerced to testify against oneself. This is prohibited by the 5th Amendment.
Self-Incrimination
The official and proper way of doing things in a legal case: must be done in a way that protects the rights of all people involved.
Due Process
A right of a government to take private property for public use ( must give fair value)
Eminent Domain
Treating all people and groups equally: not partial or biased.
Impartial
A non criminal lawsuit involving private property rights.
